✅Discover an Unusual Immigration Case: Residency for a 2-Year-Old
Our clients, a family for whom we recently processed residency in Spain, asked for our help so that their young grandson, only 2 years old, could live with them in Spain.
🔍 We investigated and found a specific instruction from June 2, 2023, that allows residence for children under six years old but requires certain conditions. These include:
- 📄 An official admission letter from a school (not just enrollment).
- 📝 A notarized document in which the parents or guardians formally express their consent for the child to live with a relative in Spain.
- ✅ A legal commitment from the said relative to assume custody of the child.
This process shows how special cases in immigration involve specific procedures, but with the right guidance, they can be resolved. 💼
🔹 In immigration, each case is unique, and staying up to date with regulations makes all the difference.
