National Visa Process: Avoid These Mistakes
By: Antonio Villena
📣 The Case of a Kurdish Family and a Complex Immigration File
📌 A few years ago, we received an inquiry from Kurdistan at our office. Everything seemed in order to process the file, but upon reviewing the documentation, we encountered a problem: the rental contracts that supported their income were not declared, and there was no tax evidence to substantiate these financial means.
📌 They told us that taxes were not declared in Kurdistan. We investigated and discovered that the situation was not exactly like that. Even so, with effort, we managed to structure the file and submit it to the Spanish Consulate in Ankara.
👉 The process was not easy. There was an initial rejection, despite the file being well-founded. Often, consulates issue generic resolutions without detailing the reasons, which allows us to argue the lack of clarity and defend the appeal more effectively.
💯 Thanks to meticulous work and a well-planned legal strategy, we managed to secure the residence for this family. This case reminded us of the importance of precision in immigration processes and the need for a strong legal defense.
📌 If you are facing an immigration process, make sure to have an expert team that can anticipate and resolve difficulties.
