📢 Non-profit residency won in court against the Algerian consulate Client from Algeria 🇩🇿
By: Antonio Villena
🌍 We’re proud to share a story that fills us with joy: the story of Amal, a client and friend from Algeria, who was able to obtain residency after facing a major challenge — the initial denial of her non-profit residency.
👉 A dear client, concerned about the arrival of his divorced daughter and grandson in Spain, faced the issue that she did not have stable financial means. However, thanks to jurisprudence that establishes that having sufficient resources for the first year of residency is enough, we succeeded in obtaining the non-profit residency for her.
👉 Despite initial expectations of a rejection from the consulate — something that often happens — we decided to take the case directly to court. Through a preferential process, the case was resolved favorably in a matter of months.
Amal shared a few words that reflect our mission:
😃 “I want to congratulate the team: approachable, dedicated, and persistent. My situation was complicated, but they made one of my dearest dreams come true — reuniting with my family in Spain. They were there for me, answered all my questions, and kept their promise.” 👏
This case shows that even though the immigration process can be complex, with the right knowledge and a committed team, it is possible to overcome obstacles.
🚀 In the video, Antonio Villena explains the case in detail, and we also share a clip of Amal herself telling her story. We invite you to watch the full video on our YouTube channel.
